Reasons to Stretch
Stretching is the best way to decrease injuries, help you lose weight, decrease recovery time from workouts at the gym, reduce stress, improve posture.
Choice of therapy for neck, back and other musculoskeletal problems.
The best reason to do stretching is that it feels wonderful to do.
You need to consult with your coach or your health care professional before embarking on a stretching exercise program.
It is recommended that you do not eat for an hour and a half or so before practicing. Wear clothes that permit easy movement.
